Step into Space Rabbit World
Space Rabbit World is an interactive art installation that blends illustration, animation, and AR to invite viewers into a playful and imaginative universe. The project centers around Space Rabbit, a whimsical character we created to express our voice and explore emotional narratives in playful ways.
The installation transforms spaces through a combination of printed artworks and digital experiences. Each piece includes a scannable QR code or AR marker, allowing viewers to use their smartphones to trigger short animations that bring the illustrations to life in situ. These animations reflect the personality of the character and the energy of the location—whether it’s the physical site or the imagined world within the artwork.
In our narrative, Space Rabbit is a traveler from a distant galaxy. On his planet, life is sustained by converting emotions into energy. We believe Space Rabbit’s curious personality can lift the viewer’s mood and offer an energy boost from the heart.
From a photo frame to the big wall
Each illustration is adapted to fit its environment. For indoor galleries, we use high-quality art prints—like giclée or mounted archival pieces. In outdoor or public settings, we opt for durable, weather-resistant formats such as UV-coated vinyl, outdoor canvas, or board-mounted prints. Occasionally, we collaborate with mural artists to reimagine the work as hand-painted wall art.
Alongside these large-scale installations, we create smaller printed editions—such as postcards or 8×10 prints—that include scannable codes. These serve as both takeaways and interactive keepsakes, allowing people to bring a piece of the artwork and its animation into their own space.
We’re also developing a projection mapping component that extends the narrative beyond the frame. By animating architectural surfaces—walls, facades, even entire buildings—we turn static spaces into immersive storytelling environments. These projections combine original animation with ambient sound, lighting, and even real-time inputs like weather or movement, transforming the everyday into something magical.
