Our second year participating in the Red Envelope Show, curated by @grumpybert, gave us the opportunity to celebrate the Year of the Snake with a fresh approach and new media.

This year, we had a lot of fun exploring paper crafting art. We started by designing the concept digitally, then separated each element into individual shapes to be cut from various colored cardstock. The cutting process involved both hand-cutting and machine-cutting using our Silhouette Curio. Leveraging digital design tools allowed us to achieve clean, sharp edges, a hallmark of Space Rabbit’s aesthetic.

The design’s theme centers around joyful moments with our friend, Space Rabbit. This time, Space Rabbit is joined by a curvy giant snake buddy, creating a playful playground for everyone to enjoy and cherish the moment.
